Worldviews (RE)
Our RE curriculum helps pupils explore religions and worldviews, encouraging respect, empathy, and understanding in an increasingly diverse society. Through weekly lessons, children engage with big questions about life, beliefs, and values, developing skills in discussion, reflection, and critical thinking. They study Christianity alongside other major faiths and non-religious perspectives, using an enquiry-based approach that links learning to British Values and pupils’ own experiences. Trips, visitors, and cross-curricular activities enrich their understanding, while ongoing assessment ensures progress. Ultimately, RE at The Grove empowers pupils to appreciate similarities and differences, fostering tolerance and preparing them to live thoughtfully in a global community.
